“How Things Turned Out” is the third album in Markus Reuter's "featuring" series of releases with extraordinary musicians.
This time Markus is joined by pianist Angelica Sanchez and guitarist Tony Geballe for nine rule-based improvisations (only 7 of which are published here) that combine the elegance of modern classical music with the calm beauty of ambient music. Each part of “How Things Turned Out” conveys different moods and engages the listener by both challenging the senses and providing a sense of inner peaceful joy.
"I challenge anyone with a heart to listen attentively to the sweet interplay in How Things Turned Out, Pt. 7 among the three musicians, and not be deeply moved." -- Dr. Bernie F. Quiroga
